A financial institution, with headquarters in several Latin American countries, has requested us to evaluate their SRE practices and to develop an improvement plan.

Test Environment Management (TEM)

The Software Quality division of a major bank in the region has requested us to collaborate with them in designing and implementing a process framework to manage testing environments, on premise and cloud.

IT Service Management (ITSM)

An international technology services company has requested our participation in the redefinition of its IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and consulting services offer.

Release Management (RM)

Teaming with one of our business partners and the client's team, we are developing a Release Management (RM) semi-automated process for the Application Development division of our client, the local branch of an international corporation.
