New ITSM, Enterprise Architecture & Supplier Lifecycle Management initiatives

Once again, we are pleased to report that in recent months we have started several consulting projects for new clients in Argentina and other countries in the region:

Design and implementation of IT Service Management processes: we are involved in the design and implementation of incident and service request management processes. The project also includes the assessment of asset, change, configuration, and problem management practices.

Design and implementation of Supplier Lifecycle Management processes: we have been assigned the task of designing and implementing -in a recognized ITSM/ITBM tool- the supplier management processes of the IT area of an international food company.

Design of Enterprise Architecture services and processes: we are leading the design of architecture services that the EA unit provides to its internal clients.
