Creating value: completed projects and new initiatives

In recent weeks, we successfully completed two strategic projects for long-standing technology clients in Argentina:

• DevOps Operating Framework, which enabled the integration of agile management, development, and deployment practices, fostering collaboration between teams and clients, and establishing a continuous delivery model focused on efficiency, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

• Cloud Providers and Services, aimed at supporting the client in evaluating alternatives and selecting the option best aligned with their business strategy and enterprise architecture.

At the same time, we have started working on two new challenges:

• High Availability Implementation, where, in collaboration with business partners, we are managing the deployment of a solution designed to strengthen operational continuity and the resilience of critical services at a renowned international bank.

• IT Asset Management, a project for a company in the energy sector, focused on designing and implementing a comprehensive process to provide structure, traceability, and support for regulatory compliance.
