New Agile/DevOps program

During the month of April, we started a new project for the local branch of one of the most important financial institutions in the world. The goal of this initiative is to identify opportunities for improvement in the application development, deployment and support processes, and in risk-mitigating and control activities. Included in the scope are groups that are using a classical approach to development and deployment, and those that are transitioning to an Agile / DevOps operation.
